Shipping policy

Verry Peachy PREORDER will take 12-14 weeks processing time. After we receive it, our packing process takes 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind we are a small business with an even smaller team that packs up all your orders carefully. We appreciate your patience and support so much!

In Stock orders take an average of 2-4 business days to process, after orders have been processed and picked up by the mail carriers the time frame provided at check out is how long they have to deliver your package. 

Adapt Collection Pre-order will begin to ship out 3-6 weeks after preorder has closed.

Orders with combined In stock and Pre-order items will not be shipped separately. All orders will be shipped when all items in the order are available. If you do not wish to wait for in stock items, please make a separate order. We do not combine orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders take an average of 2-4 business days to process, after orders have been processed and picked up by the mail carriers the time frame provided at check out is how long they have to deliver your package. We do not offer any expedited or express shipping options. The shipping cost & time frame that you receive at check out is determined by the mail carrier themselves based on weight and shipping zone. They determine this time frame & it begins once the order has completed processing, shipped out, and in the possession of the mail carrier. 

Please note we process and ship orders Monday-Friday during normal business hours. 

We are not responsible for any damage your items may have experienced during transit.

If your package was not delivered or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the mail carrier and inquiring in regards to the whereabouts of  your package. You must submit any evidence given to you by the mail carrier in order for a refund or replacement to be issued to you.
